Five 1:1 Coaching Sessions: One-hour sessions designed to offer continued support, accountability, and guidance as you put your plan into action and start seeing real shifts.
You’ll walk away with a clear, sustainable plan that supports your energy, mood, digestion, and overall well-being with personalized rituals — that feels manageable for real life.
Investment: 6 one-hour sessions — $900
PARENT & CHILD COACHING
These coaching sessions are the perfect chance to reset routines, create healthier habits and strengthen connections at home.

Sleep routines, food and nutrition support, tools for focus and balance, stress management
6 private one hour sessions for the parent (full price)

Think of this as your “call your BFF who happens to be a wellness coach” moment. Whether you’ve worked with me before and want a quick reset, or you’re craving fresh guidance to get back on track, this one-time session is your personalized wellness refresh.
In this 60-minute call, we’ll talk through whatever’s coming up for you — nutrition tweaks, lifestyle habits, mindset shifts, or just the gentle nudge you need to reconnect with your healthiest rhythm. You’ll walk away with clarity, realistic next steps, and that grounded, inspired feeling that reminds you: you’ve got this.
