My Mission: To guide women in creating harmony within their lives. Whether you’re a career-driven woman, a mother balancing both work and home, a stay-at-home mom, or simply someone juggling many roles—each of us carry a lot. Our lives are often filled to the brim with obligations, and it can feel like there’s never enough time for ourselves. I know this firsthand. I have always been someone who takes on a lot. It’s part of who I am, and I’ve come to embrace it.
But there was a time when I took on so much that I neglected my own well-being. It all backfired. Burnout is real, and I want to help you avoid that outcome. The airplane oxygen mask metaphor is true: you must put your own mask on first before you can help others.
Years ago, I built a company that was both wildly successful and deeply meaningful to me. It grew so quickly that I found myself removed from my own equation, overextending myself to make it work. The cost? My health. I ran myself into the ground and became seriously ill.
I learned the hard way, but that experience shaped the woman I am today. It taught me the importance of balance—of living a life that nourishes all the things you love, without depleting the most important resource you have: you.
